This weekend, I took part in Kitsap CrossFit’s Annual 10/50 Rowing Challenge to raise money for Kitsap Cancer Services, with funds supporting local cancer patients and their families in Kitsap County. There ended up being 68 people that participated. During the challenge, each participant rowed 10 minutes every hour for 24 hours. I ended up rowing a total of 63,118 meters (39.22 miles), which is the furthest that I have rowed on an indoor rower in a 24 hour period. Mary came to watch my first and last rounds, as well as hanging out for a few hours in the wee early hours Sunday morning <3. During the wee hours, she volunteered and provided entertainment. At the bottom of the page are my distances for each round.
